We require at least 24 hours’ notice for canceling or rescheduling any appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice will be charged the full session fee.
In the event of unforeseen emergencies or last-minute issues, cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of the therapist.
Missed appointment charges are not eligible for insurance billing or reimbursement.
Our operations are based in Moncton, New Brunswick. Please verify our address before booking to minimise the risk of cancellation.
